The Business Economics, Innovation and Regional Development Laboratory (REGINNOV) is a research team of the Department of Economics at the University of Patras dedicated to the study of economic and strategic decision making, sponsoring and hosting research in the areas of:

  • Applied economics and Industrial organization,
  • Enviromental and energy economics,
  • Efficiency and productivity analysis,
  • Innovation studies,
  • Regional and Rural economics, and
  • Finance and Accounting.

By fostering a combination of economic theory with applied research, utilizing Greek and international databases, welcomes interdisciplinary endeavours and favours dialogue between empirical investigations, theoretical developments and normative contributions concerning policy making at national and European level.
